Hi Guys and Gals 'Hot'"thorne is having race 4 of 6 of the SMRA Summer series this Sunday. I know its hotter than heck. I guess this will separate the men from the whiners Hope to see the tough ones there. I will have shade?? and water if you need it. Actually, we have always had a ball there. We are treated great and the riders really do like the track! Judy Aja

No one has said much about this race. How was the turnout?

I'm sorry I didn't make it, I had some bad timming in switching jobs and not having health insurance during the majority of this series so I wasn't racing myself. I guess you can check the turn out from the race results posted on the Sierra web site. Based on the average number of entries at the time showing up at any given other local event they did pretty good for a turn out. Based on the responses from my own friends who did make the race I heard nothing but positive feedback about the event.
Being their first race in a major series though, good turn out or bad, it's not realy fair to ask or base an opinion on what the turnout was like, even though it was actualy as I understand it good. It's possibly at least the next three turnouts that really matter for the future make or brake outcome of a track. If the people who went there liked it they'll come back, and tell their friends so the numbers will increase. All my own friends who went to this race told me they liked it, so I'll likely make an extra effort to hit the next race out there based on that. Obviously if I don't like it I won't go back, if I realy hate it I'll even post such an opinion here despite the grief I'll get from all the sheep attackers I'm already more than use to and can't care in the least about their opinions or efforts to attack me for posting an honest opinion on matters. They try to constantly condem me, but I think we all clearly know by now who the sheep posters around here clearly are.

i won 125 novice by a long shot, i fell both motos unfortunately and finished second in the first moto on a 125 2 stroke but in the next moto i got a holeshot finally and on the fifth lap of a six lap race, i slid out in a corner and won by something like 15 to 20 seconds

there were only 5 and lance horner got second so thats not the accomplishment, the accomplishment was beating the intermediate.
