I have an 8 year old who has been riding on our back yard track for a while now and is ready to race! He rides currently a crf50 with an 88 kit. What class can he race in?

Not that this answers the question exactly Someone needs to say who's rules we are following, SMRA Rulebook page wont load so.......

RMA “Regional Motocross Association.” Event Rule Book
In consideration For Livfast,LLC,NMXD its partners and independent contractors,sponsors and affiliates not limited to leasors or leesees, further known here as “RMA’’,allowing me to (a) compete, Officiate, Observe, work for, or participate in any way in the event listed above or In any related activities, (collectively, “Event”); or (b) enter, for any purpose, any restricted area requiring authorization, credentials, or permission to enter or where admission of the general public is restricted, including but not limited to, the competition and pit areas (“Restricted Area’(s)”), I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT I:
1. Will Immediately upon entering any Restricted areas and continuously thereafter, inspect such areas, and if at anytime I feel any part of Restricted Areas to be unsafe, I will immediately so advise the Event Officials and will leave and/or refuse to participate further in the Event.
2. UNDERSTAND that THE EVENT MAY BE VERY DANGEROUS and may involve the risk of SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH and that the INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS; (ii) ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE EVENT, AND FOR ALL LIABILITY TO ME and my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, next of kin or wards; and (iii) AUTHORIZE AND PROVIDE FULL CONSENT TO RELEASES, as defined in participant waiver, to seek and/or provide medical attention, as each may deem necessary, if I am unable, unfit or not qualified to make such a decision.
PARTICIPANT CONDUCT: The following regulations shall be enforced at all RMA EVENTS.
1. All riders are responsible for the conduct of their parents and/or pit crew. Suspension up to six (6) months,disqualification from race or practice may be levied against any rider or guest of the rider for showing bad conduct towards any person on or off the course at any time. 2. No consumption of alcohol or drugs will be permitted by competitors at RMA EVENTS. 3. No pit riding. Pit riding rules vary from track to track and it is the rider’s responsibility to know these rules, and penalties. 4. The Track referee may disqualify any rider who in the referee’s opinion is guilty of any rough, dangerous, foul, or unfair riding. 5. Any participation in Restricted Areas without first having signed the waiver and entered for the meet will be subject to disqualification and/or suspension. 6. Participants entering the Restricted Areas at any point other than the starting area for or during a race or practice session are subject to disqualification from the day’s event. 7. No rider or spectator will be allowed to interfere with the lap checkers,Flaggers,EMT’s,Or any Track Personel on the track.
CLASSES: 5 Riders constitute a class. Promoter may choose to make a class of less than 5 riders for a trophy, however, the amount of advancement or series points will be left to the discretion of RMA.

EQUIPMENT:
1. 4-stroke motorcycles will run as follows: -50cc-90cc w/10” rear wheel will race in PeeWee/50 class -65cc-125cc w/12” rear wheel will race in the 65cc class -80cc-150cc will race in the 85cc class -151cc-250cc will race in the 125cc/250F class -251cc and over will race in the 250cc/450F class
2. 250cc 2-strokes and 250F 4-strokes may compete in the 450F class.
3. No kickstands or training wheels will be allowed on the track. Any bike considered unsafe by LIVFAST must be removed from the track.
FLAGS: All flag signals must be obeyed immediately by all involved, including riders, pit crew, parents, and/or spectators. A rider who disregards any flag signal may be disqualified from the event, incur position penalty, or suspension for an indefinite period of time by the LIVFAST referee.
GREEN ------START/ALL CLEAR YELLOW-----DANGER, CAUTION, NO PASSING, NO JUMPING RED-----------STOP, RETURN TO STARTING AREA BLACK-------RIDER DISQUALIFIED REPORT TO REFEREE BLUE---------MOVE OVER BEING LAPPED BY LEADERS WHITE W/RED CROSS----------AMBULANCE ON TRACK WHITE-------COURTESY FLAG. ONE LAP TO GO CHECKERED--END OF RACE, ALL RIDERS MUST EXIT TRACK REGARDLESS OF LAPS COMPLETED
NUMBERS AND NUMBER PLATES: 1. There must be three (3) readable number plates on each machine. One plate on the front and one on each side. Plates and numbers must be as large as possible. Suggested Colors Black and White, White on Black, Black on Yellow, Please avoid the wild colors. 2. Plates and numbers must be of contrasting colors and must be clearly Legible from a distance. 3. All riders must run issued numbers and letters at all events.
FEES/CARDS: YOU MUST BRING YOUR MOST CURRENT CARD TO SIGN-UP ALONG WITH YOUR ENTRY. WE HONOR ANY/ALL MOST CURRENT CARD. HOWEVER; IF YOU ARE RIDING IN A LOWER CLASS AND ARE FOUND GUILTY YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND POINTS DELETED LEAVING YOU WITH A DQ FOR THE DAY.
METHOD OF STARTING: A method of starting will be at the discretion of the race track race director and determined at the beginning of the event. 1. No practice starts will be permitted. 2. All persons, mechanics, and parents must step away from the rider and bike when the starting board goes up. 3. Riders jumping the start may be docked a lap. There will be no gate saving. No Farming.
PRACTICE SESSIONS: 1. If any rider is found riding in a practice other than that which he/she is signed up may be penalized up to, docked one (1) lap in one (1) moto of each class they are entered in that day. 2. Under no circumstances will a sportsman rider be allowed on the track for practice with Minibikes, +30, or a +40 rider, +50, +65. 3. All riders must have the entries for that day’s event turned in to sign-up prior to the start of practice.
PROTESTS: All protests regarding rider classification, conduct on the track, and scoring must be submitted to the scoring trailer and/or race coordinator no later than twenty (20) minutes after the results have been posted. 2. Technical protests (illegal modifications) become official once payment of $300.00 cash and a written protest is signed by the rider protesting said event. If rider is unable to lodge the protest a family member or pit personnel may file the protest on behalf of the rider in the event that the rider has had to leave the track. If the protest is found to be valid, the fee will be returned minus a fee of $100 to RMA. If it is determined the protest is invalid, the fee is forfeited to the protested rider minus the fee of $100 to RMA. Protests may only be made by a rider or entrant of a machine in the same class as the protested machine or rider. Protested machines MUST BE dismantled before completion of the race program. All Protests must be in writing.
SCORING AND POINTS: Obvious misclassification of a rider may result in reclassification by RMA. 1. Riders will be advanced to the next highest class as follows: Beginner to Junior 25 points Junior to Intermediate 50 points Intermediate to Expert 50 Points Point will not carry over. 2. Once a sportsman Intermediate rider has earned the required amount of bump points he will no longer be allowed to ride as an intermediate and accumulate bump points. He may choose to ride as an Expert and ride with the Intermediate class and must win overall for a trophy, or he may choose to ride as a Professional and race for purse money. Once a rider has decided to race as a Professional, he will no longer be allowed to race in the Intermediate class. NO RIDER UNDER THE AGE OF 16 WILL BE ALLOWED TO RACE AS A PROFESSIONAL. 3. 30+ and 40+ riders (except Pros) may drop down a class. Example - a 30+ intermediate may drop to a Sportsman Junior providing they have not been bumped from that class. No rider may ever drop to a Beginner class. 4. Points are earned in relation to the amount of trophies given in that class (33%). Only trophy winners receive advancement points. 1st place – 2 Points plus 1 point for every trophy given in that class. 2nd place - Points equal the amount of trophies given in that class. 3rd place - 1 Point less than the amount of trophies given in that class. 4th place - 2 points less than the amount of trophies given in that class. 5th place - 3 points less than the amount given in that class. Points will continue in that order until the last trophy winner gets two (2) points. 6. All ties will be broken by the best finish in the last moto. 7. Riders that do not receive the checkered flag, but have completed at least one lap will be given a DNF (did not finish) and will receive last place plus 2 points 8. If a race is Red Flagged and half the laps have been completed, the rider will be scored with the position held at the red flag. If less than half the laps have been completed, there will be a restart. Restart gate choices remain the same. 9. Any rider that does not start a moto or does not complete one (1) lap will be given a DNS (did not start). He will receive no points for that moto. 10. Riders may be advanced to a higher class as soon as they have earned the required amount of points. 11. Points accumulate from the time they are earned until rider advances to the next class. 12. Rider reclassification will be subject to approval by RMA with formal written request. Such requests will be reviewed BY RMA AND ADJUSTMENT MADE FOR FOLLOWING EVENT. A rider may change motorcycles, if they remain in the same engine class, between moto’s but they may not change motorcycles during a moto. Any changes must be reported to sign-up before the start of the next moto. A Legal Guardian must be present with appropriate paperwork provided at each event.
