CLUB MX775 & EXIT 28 SOLVE THE SCHEDULING CONFLICT - STEAD MX IS OFFICIALLY CANCELLED – RESCHEDULED ANNOUNCEMENT HERE - THE SMRA SPRING SERIES FINALE AND BATTLE BORN 150 SERIES RND 3 WILL NOW BE JUNE 6-8 AT THE FERNELY MX TRACK. In the interest of the racers here in the 775, CLUB MX775 & Exit 28 have reached an agreement and this weekends’ CLUB MX775 STEAD MX race will cancel so racers are not forced to choose between STEAD MX and the unique RCH based promotion taking place at Exit 28 this weekend.
After lengthy discussions with Tim O’Brien of Exit 28 we feel hopeful that scheduling conflicts such as this can be avoided in future. Club MX775 looks forward to seeing everyone at Fernley MX June 6-8 and a bright future for the Nevada moto scene.
Enjoy the weekend ahead.
Sincerely, Club MX775

Yeah I'm sure it was, not complaining its a bold move and a big decision. Overall it will be better for both promoters. Was def looking forward to Stead, hoping I can make something happen to make it to June 8th

I can only imagine this was a tough decision. This shows that even though it may not always be easy we can work together. The goal is to grow our sport and provide opportunity for everyone to enjoy riding whether it be Stead, Fernley, Winnemucca or Exit 28. We will race exit 28 and Fernley. We appreciate ALL of your hard work. Keep it up and who knows maybe epic track series battles and more will come from this.

I'd be lying if i said my heart didn't sink a little bit after reading this. It was a tough decision as a rider to choose between the two races, so i can only imagine how tough it was for the powers that be to put the kabosh on it. As much as i hate to say it, this was most likely the right decision. See you at the next race.
