Retiring

I just wanted to tell everyone that after the Fallon race i will be retiring from the motocross scene.
My son started racing in 2000 - then i saw a Help wanted sign at fernely and hooked up with Judy Aja. Being a single mom - i had to do what i could to help my son in his racing. I started lap-checking then Judy showed me more and started in the trailer doing the scoring. Now back in the good old days - the scoring was done by hand - pen and paper. I can remember some races getting over 600 entries.
Then it was soon after Judy tricked me into learning all of this stuff - that she just handed it all to me and said good luck - haha - I just knew it was a ploy -
I have met some fantastic people and have made some life long friends. (I have also met some whom i hope to never see again ) But all in all - it has been fun. Hard exhausting flustrating tiring - exhausting - oh i said that - but all in all i have had some really good times.
But my son Anthony is going to start racing stock cars, Joel is going to get back into training horses and i am going to get into - nothing!! We are still going to support our Normajean as she will be continining tearing up her body with motocross.
So thanks all for all the good times and the hard times. The best part of it all was meeting some fantastic people - the worst was getting tore up on the web for stuff that i had no control over.
So take care all - good luck to all of you in your racing and your life dreams. May all your dreams come true. May you find your one true love and live happly ever after.
Good Luck and God Bless!
