Sunday practice at Mustang today was awesome, well watered, groomed, fun jumps and a track flowed well. Last but not least….FUN! Sunday morning practices are from 8am-1pm and a good way to start the day and beat the heat! p.s. My two stroke sounds cooler than Tyler's

I agree. Its good that it is open to practice on Sunday morning. There is no better way to spend a morning than on your dirtybike. At least if you can start it.......

It's open on Sundays 8-12 and Tuesdays 4-8 for open practice. It's also open 3 days a week for specialized training anyone can take part in for either all 3 days or just one of the days.
Between being out of town for 2 weeks for my job, and then putting in all new windows and doors in my house I haven't been able to be out there myself over the past couple weeks, sorry I've missed you out there Layne (the being open Sunday thing was by your request to me, glad to see your showing up for it, I believe in what you tell me, but you know that).
Shut down time when I'm out there typicaly runs later than the posted time. Jerry has always been alright with letting you guys ride beyond the posted times out there as long as I'm atleast out watching you ride for safety and I know how it is to not be able to ever get enough laps in so when I'm out there I'll stick with you all till you've had enough and call it a day. Don't go out there expecting it, but there's been plenty of times I've stood out there and let as little as 1 or 2 people who wanted to keep riding go on for 2 hours after official close just because I know what its like to want to keep going till you can't go any more.
Thanks for your support out there from me as a racer, not as any kind of direct or indirect affiliation with the track. I help out there not as a part of that track, but as a racer and I love having a groomed track with safety available for me to practice at like that. It's a very unique thing for us in this area, in fact it's the only track in this area where that's available to us. Probably because it costs more to do it than it actually brings in for a return, but it's still despite that being done and you don't find a "business" this day in age old school enough and willing to do something like that for you.
Beyond all that, it is a cool track to ride, always.
Always fun, always long, always hard, always safe.

Hurt peoples ears?
Mind yourself young man!
This sport NEVER had a problem with peoples "ears getting hurt" till the 4 strokes came about and suddenly all the do gooders want to shut us down.
Its good I guess in some ways, we certainly showed them complain a little about a little and we'll instead give you something substantial to complain about.
