This supercross endeavor marks a first for Nike.

Wow. I remember when Jeff Ward ran "Just Do It" logos a few years ago, though I don't think Nike gave him all that much in return.

Jeff Stanton had Asics on his helmet that same year and years after that.

I remember that. And knowing Stanton's training habits, I bet he wore out quite a few pairs too.

A little-known fact: I am a vegetarian. Have been for seven years, but my head remains as bulbous as it's ever been.

I just don't think I could make THAT jump... Me and the grill are good close friends. It isn't too hard, so long as you do it gradually. And you can still grill things, provided what you grill did not have parents.

Well, I HAVE grilled Portobello patties, which were good, but just not the same effect as a big chunk of tri-tip.

Well, I HAVE grilled Portobello patties, which were good, but just not the same effect as a big chunk of tri-tip. You'd get over it. I liked meat until I learned a bit about how it comes to be. Bad for consumers, and way bad for cows, chickens and pigs. If you have to do it, at least go free-range.
