Hey Everyone, I just received a call from Christian. His surgery went well. It was about 3 hours long. He broke L1 vertebrae and there was a piece of fragment that came close to his spinal cord. I believe it was around T12 and L2. They put a plate in his back so everything would grow and heal back together. He said, he will be out for about 3 months and they will release him Monday or Tuesday to come back home. He was fitted for a brace just a little while ago, so he can start walking tomorrow. Him and Amani said, to tell everyone hi and thanks for all of your prayers, wishes, and support.
Thanks Momma T!

Thanks for the update.
I talked to Christian earlier too and his accident sounded very very scary!
He said that there was a double double section that a lot of the pros were triple-singling and he came around and was going to do the triple and overjumped it and ended up quading the whole thing. He said when his back tire landed, it just rebounded him straight up in the air and he came straight down on that bony butt of his.
It could have been much much worse!
Continued prayers for Christian and Amani.
