Les and I are going to try and make it out to the Fern. She can't ride because she got in a fight with a car door and the car door won, but she can sure cheer for Ripley on his vintage 50!
He had the biggest grin telling us about riding last weekend.

No, I'm not bringing sandwiches Layne, Heck, I'm not even going. I have a family reunion on Saturday and a trip to Tahoe on Sunday. I'd better make it because I haven't seen my half brother in 35 years.

Problem is that the work fuction is in Fort Worth, TX. Maybe you became ill in the terminal at the airport? OK, that one might be a bit tricky. But I was hoping to see you at practice, especially since I've been missing all the good practices lately.

If it makes you feel better, it's crazy hot here. It's like somebody has the swampcooler running with the heater running wide open.

If it makes you feel better, it's crazy hot here. It's like somebody has the swampcooler running with the heater running wide open. Just got back from my nice vacation and I will say this is not hot! I felt hotter in Nevada than I do right now here. When it is 100 degrees I don't care where you are it is hot. With humidity or not. The only problem here is it does not go down to 40 degrees at night like it does in Nevada. Sure would make night riding here better if it did.
