Just to let you know some of the crew at mustang motor plex has been prepping since yesterday, Zach and I just got got in about 8:30 pm. We widened the track and added a lot of new dirt around the track and have changed some of the landings. We should have the old up hill done with a cool down hill jump that should carry most of you towards the bottom of it safely, it should be BLAST!!! Saturday night will be a SLAMMING CONCERT THAT IS NO Charge, YES I SAID NO CHARGE THE BANDS NAME IS "DETERMINED" and the play hard rock. They will play from 7-10pm. ONE MORE THING, THERE ARE SOME REALLY COOL SURPRISES THAT ARE GOING TO BE THERE FOR THE RACERS. Hope to see you all there.

Fully Stoked for the Stang on Saturday...Madd props to Shane for not just leaving a perfectly good track the same, and moving forward always changing things (in a good way) and trying to make a great track even better.
Northern Nv. is lucky to have the Stang...weather people realize it and support it or not!!!
This is going to be an EPIC weekend...

track was great yesterday! I forgot how to ride but the track was great! the new uphill/downhill section is fun and adds another dimension to the track. I overheard someone say if you can get around Mustang well, you can get around any track well. I believe that is an accurate statement. Good job Shane!

I overheard someone say if you can get around Mustang well, you can get around any track well. Um...I'm not sure about that one. Mustang was very nice when I rode there the other day, but it is only one track, and there's a lot of different terrain in this world.

Ok Robert let me explain why I made that statement. For me it's the doubles that are most intimidating. I rode Hangtown last summer after getting the step up at Mustang. Mustang gave me the confidence to pin it up that step up at Hangtown. Technically, I guess u are correct. Mustang lacks really steep downhills. Honey lake prepares you for Glen Helen. The new section of Mustang gives you a tastes of throttle management exiting the right hander off the top of the hill especially with that nice hole about 10 feet down. Good stuff!!

The track and conditions were awesome this weekend! Practice on Saturday was killer and Sunday's racing was epic..... great to see Zach Clauser #236 back out on the track in practice on Saturday getting ready to return after his injuries are healing.... he looked real strong on the Cycle House built Yami 125..... Jeramie Romero #517 was also in the groove, closley chasing Vallerio #355 all day in the Sunday races..... good to see my ol' buddy Dave Gutry up there this weekend as well.... the track was the best I have seen it..... the water truck driver is pro.... kept the track just right throughout the day..... Mustang Motorplex is looking better than ever..... food was great, announcing was great and the racing was killer.... nice job everyone.... really good to see local Moto staying strong!
