and or any local shop in the area Valves are a relatively easy job. I know the boys at NMS can get them done in an hr, so whatever their hourly rate is plus parts (unless you have the parts already).

This whole thing boggles my mind. You KNOW the risk you are taking when getting on a bike (of any kind). Bikes come with warning stickers when you buy them, we sign waivers to ride, everyone has undoubtedly seen a crash (or been in one) in their career. Also how can you start a lawsuit 2 years after the crash and after you post a picture of yourself riding shortly after??? I feel like I'm in the movie Idiocracy!

Man what a bummer, I haven't been out to the track in quite a while, went out last wed and had a blast. I'll def miss the night practices (I'll leave the hot days for the kids lol). It is sad that so few can ruin it for so many.
