what type of air cleaner oil are you using? you may have clogged up the injector. sounds like a fuel delivery problem to me. but, if you can't get the thing sorted out, go see darryl chapman at cycle house.

Update:We check the valves at 120 and 122 and now the bike has 124.8 hours and the valves jumped so we are going to shim the valves and see if thats the problem. We cleaned the connections the most of the wires and fixed the throttle cable so if this does not work we are going to bring the bike down to a shop

okay, here's what i'd do. you've got a ton of hours on that bike. when was the last bottom end you've done? the filter oil is important. don't use the red no toil; as you would for a two stroke. check the valves, but i would guess you should go through that entire motor, and balance the crankshaft. just my opinion, but darryl does most of my riders kawi's, and we have seen quite a few have injector problems due to air filter oil, and bottom end issues stemming from crankshafts out of spec. good luck!

Do tell How air filter oil would clog an injector?
A valve adjust would be the first thing I would do.

if the air filter oil can get through the filter, it will clog it. for some reason, the red no toil has done this. now, you can use the other no toil filter oil and be fine. some filter oils are more "tacky" than others. we've had that problem with a few of the bikes.
